Alan L. Tolmas, President of Tolmas Consulting, LLC is a Certified Public Accountant that holds the Accreditation in Business Valuation designation.  Mr. Tolmas also holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation through the American Society of Appraisers and is the President of the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter of that Society. He received a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science Business in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Tolmas provides expert testimony regarding the valuation of businesses, business interests, asset tracing, investigative accounting, lost profits and economic damages.
